In order to organize the best scientific committee possible, several meetings were held with the presence of Dr. Masoumi, the executive secretary of the congress, Dr.Lankarani, President of the Congress, and other members of the scientific committee. During the meetings, a report of the ongoing activities as well as the panning performed by the congress secretary and the leaders of the scientific committee were presented, and the members made suggestions to organize the best scientific committee possible. Moreover, the status of submitted articles was checked, speakers and referees of the committee were identified, the schedules of lectures, panels, workshops, etc. were coordinated, and the deadline for submitting articles was extended during these meetings.
