Health is an integral component of human life and it is essential to get accurate information in order to maintain, promote and improve it. Information resources are mainly electronic resources at present and mobile phones are the most accessible tools to people to view information. So, health policy makers can use these tools for preventive care at various levels. Mobile applications can be used to provide basic healthcare and accurate information to people. In this regard, providing the mother tongue information and applications can definitely improve  health literacy. Given the Covid-19 pandemic, it is hoped that the 5th International Mobile Health Congress may introduce international capabilities to contribute to the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation process.
