Today, mobile health is a widely used term in the provision of medical services using mobile systems and applications. The expansion of this technology makes it possible to provide services to patients outside the treatment place and facilitate the provision of doctor visits, consultations, etc.Currently, applicants for online health services are surprisingly increasing so that mhealth applications have significantly grown in the last few years and doubled since 2015. This indicates the existence of a potential market and provides the possibility of investment in this field where startups are considered as the providers of this space.In this regard, one of the goals of this congress is to introduce knowledge-based companies with superior ideas and applications in the field of health, provided with the support of exhibitions and start-ups. The fifth congress enjoys a special scientific atmosphere, with more than 90 scientific speakers from Iran and different countries such as Australia, America, England, Sweden, Pakistan, and Turkey. In addition, all of the selected articles will be published in the special issue of the Journal of Biomedical Physics and Engineering, and best articles will also be published as full articles in the regular issues of the journal.

Finally, the presence of top international professors, doctors, and specialists along with students, entrepreneurs, and idea owners will lead us to the goals of the congress in improving the provision of better services in the field of health.
